Cancellation and Refund

Cancellation and refund requests must be submitted through the cancellation link provided in the product details section of the client area. Please note that we do not accept cancellation requests via phone, email, or live chat.

To ensure that your cancellation request is processed, please provide a minimum of 7 working days’ notice. Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, excluding US bank holidays. Our cancellation team operates from Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, excluding US bank holidays.

If you choose to cancel your hosting before the renewal date or transfer your domain to another service provider during the registration period, you will be responsible for paying the domain registration/transfer charges. We will inform you of these charges after receiving your cancellation request.

Please note that SSL certificates, domain name registrations, software licenses, and WHOIS protection are not eligible for refunds.

We do not offer pro-rata refunds. This means that if you cancel your service before the end of the billing period, you will not receive a refund for the unused portion.

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used, such as bank transfer, debit card, or PayPal. Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed. The time it takes for the funds to reach you will depend on the payment type.

If a refund is requested to an international bank account outside of the United States, the customer will be responsible for any charges incurred for the payment transfer. The refund amount will be deducted from the amount owed by the customer.

Money Back Guarantee:

All customers who have subscribed to shared hosting plans, reseller plans, and VPS plans are covered by a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the services provided within the first 30 days of your account set-up, you can request a full refund of the contract amount. Please note that Dedicated Servers, Cloud Servers, Firewalls, and Backup Plans are not included in this guarantee. Additionally, the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee is only applicable for first-time signups; second time and subsequent sign-ups are not eligible. Please be aware that software licenses, domain registration fees, domain transfer fees, and domain renewal fees are not covered by the 30-day money back guarantee policy.
