We run our own fleet rather than reselling someone else's. This role owns the servers themselves: provisioning, tuning, patching and the capacity planning that keeps a busy shared host feeling fast.
What you will do
- Provision and maintain CloudLinux/cPanel hosts across our US, UK and West Africa regions
- Tune LiteSpeed Enterprise, PHP-FPM and MySQL for mixed shared-hosting workloads
- Plan capacity and lead migrations with no customer-visible downtime
- Own patching and kernel updates, and the maintenance windows around them
- Take part in the on-call rota and write the post-incident review afterwards
What we are looking for
- Solid Linux administration on RHEL-family systems
- Hands-on with a control panel estate (cPanel/WHM, Plesk or DirectAdmin)
- Comfortable with web and database server tuning under real load
- You can read a slow-query log or a stack trace and form a hypothesis
Nice to have
- CloudLinux, LiteSpeed or Imunify360 experience
- KVM/Proxmox or bare-metal provisioning
- Ansible or similar configuration management
